Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Partner Manager to join our team, and build our business with Healthcare Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) partners. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the alliance with our most valuable ISVs, and help bring their innovative solutions to customers, differentiate their offerings, and grow their business.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will establish strategic business relationships with ISVs leveraging your healthcare solution experience as well as knowledge of healthcare providers, Healthcare payors and Healthcare consumer needs. You will have day-to-day interactions with these partners to support their education of AWS and adoption of AWS for their solutions.

Responsibilities will include establishing C-level and field relationships with your partner and with the AWS sales teams, developing and executing joint go-to-market plans in your region. You will be responsible for delivering top line revenue growth through joint proposals and overall market adoption of Healthcare ISV solutions built on AWS. You will establish and grow executive and senior relationships while managing the day-to-day partner interactions.

A day in the life
- Manage a portfolio of Healthcare ISVs to grow their adoption of AWS and support them scale their business both within the region and globally.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans with a deep understanding of Partner’s capabilities and solutions that will address the end customer, mission.
- Understand the technical requirements of each partner and work closely with the internal AWS development team to guide the direction of our service offerings.
- Evangelizing a partner’s value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.
- Set and manage revenue targets and work with the partner and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
- Support the partners as they develop their solutions through formal AWS APN programs (and other resources).
- Manage and close a pipeline of business.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
- Understand the legal, compliance, security, technical, and procurement considerations and certifications specific to the public sector healthcare industry.

The Regional ISV Team (Public Sector) provides named co-sell support for strategic ISV partners. We work backwards from the unique needs of each Partner to create the right approach for each partner. Our goal is to be our ISV's best co-selling partner, period.

- Experience with ISV technology and consulting companies in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry
- One or more foreign languages spoken within the Asia Pacific Region.
- Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies
- Familiarity with Life Sciences technologies including interoperability solutions, lab informatics, clinical research platforms, population health and patient engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS services and technologies.
