**Job Title**:Pouch Cell Preparation Engineer - Solid-State Batteries

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Preparation**:Oversee the preparation of battery materials, including solid electrolytes and electrode components, utilizing solid-state synthesis techniques to achieve desired electrochemical properties.
- **Cell Assembly**:Manage the assembly process of solid-state battery cells, identifying areas for improvement to enhance assembly quality and efficiency for both small and large-format cells.
- **Electrochemical Testing**:Conduct comprehensive electrochemical evaluations of assembled cells, analyzing performance metrics and failure mechanisms to inform design improvements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and results, preparing technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:Diploma or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or a related field.
- **Experience**:About 2 years of industrial experience in all-solid-state cell design, including testing, data analysis, and failure mechanism analysis. Experience with pouch or prismatic cell formats is essential.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in solid-state synthesis techniques, material characterization methods, and electrode/cell fabrication processes. Familiarity with electrochemical testing and analysis is required.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- **Team Orientation**:Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to collective problem-solving efforts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with statistical analysis using various software platforms related to battery performance optimization.
- Familiarity with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis methodologies.
