**Job Description Summary**

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.

**About The Job**:

- Manage and monitor M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, mechanical, and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Analyze raw data from Excel and prepare monthly electrical and M&E consumption reports for presentation in PowerPoint format.
- Coordinate and execute planned electrical shutdowns; attend to breakdown maintenance, fault reporting, and user complaints, including follow-up actions and proposed solutions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all systems including card access and security infrastructure; retrieve and analyze data such as staff movement for operational insights.
- Oversee preventive maintenance activities performed by term contractors in accordance with technical specifications and verify service reports for payment approval.

**About You**:

- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management/
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Technical Officer.
