Delivery Driver cum Field Support

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hands-on On-Site Technician to join our service team. This role focuses on the collection, delivery, and on-site servicing of instruments, with occasional support for installation, commissioning, and in-house assembly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform collection and delivery of instruments to and from customer sites.
  • Conduct on-site evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of equipment according to company procedures.
  • Provide installation and commissioning support for instruments when required.
  • Assist with in-house assembly of instrument parts in the laboratory.
  • Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales service.
  • Ensure proper handling, care, and documentation of equipment during transport and servicing.
  • Comply with all workplace safety and risk assessment procedures.

Requirements:

  • ITE/Certificate in any Engineering field is helpful
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong initiative and willingness to learn equipment mechanics and operation.
  • Prior experience in a similar field service role is an advantage.
  • Work-at-height certification is helpful.
