**Responsibilities**:
Be part of the team to:

- Manage and coordinate cross sector programmes such as bizSAFE, CultureSAFE, StartSAFE, etc.
- Evaluate new and existing funding assistance schemes and develop processes to administer the schemes.
- Design, maintain and improve IT platforms for queries, funds and programme administration.
- Monitor and manage the quality of programme service providers.
- Manage, monitor and analyse queries on programmes.
- Create and provide dashboard on programmes for performance reporting and business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain a management system for intellectual property such as trademarks.
- Administer fund for programmes.

**Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification.
- Preferably 3 or more years of relevant experience in funds and programme management. Any prior experience in these areas will be advantageous: data analytics, dashboard development, funds administration, planning, etc.
- Knowledge on workplace safety and health is a bonus.
- Good analytical, writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Good eyes for details and meticulous.
- Able to work under tight timelines.
