**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaise with External Fund Administrators**: Establish and maintain effective communication with external fund administrators to facilitate seamless operations.
- **Shadow Accounting**:Provide support in shadow accounting for funds as needed. Familiarity with TrustQuay 5Series is advantageous.
- **Collaboration with Tax and Legal Advisors**: Work alongside tax and legal advisors on fund setup and administrative tasks related to Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and offer documents. Supervise tax advisors during tax return periods, with some legal exposure being beneficial.
- **Corporate Secretary Liaison**:Collaborate with the corporate secretary and draft minutes for directors' resolutions when necessary.
- **Management and Client Reporting**: Produce management reports and client reporting based on shadow accounts and fund administration accounts.
- **Audit Coordination**:Act as a liaison between fund auditors and fund administration during the audit season.
- **MAS Submissions**: Assist in the preparation of MAS quarterly submissions and other government surveys and returns, with the potential to take on full responsibility over time.
- **Administrative and Compliance Support**: Engage in various administrative tasks, including compliance with onboarding processes and assisting corporate accounting with annual returns or other filings (approximately 10% of your time).

While front-office sales skills are not required, the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with directors, C-suite executives, and external investors is essential.
