**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- To promote and sell company’s products and solutions based on company’s goal mentioned below.
- Specifying of Company’s product to all clientele range (contractors / consultants / projects & utility owners)
- To ensure that correspondences /quotations are provided on time to clientele range
- To ensure that delivery and technical support are provided on time to all clients
- To ensure timely AR (Accounts Receivables) payment collection from list of assigned clientele base
- Support cross department activities that involve working directly with clients/specifiers with an effective marketing strategy and building good rapport in order to facilitate brand image and loyalty.
- Work closely with clientele to define and adopt an appropriate pricing policy to conclude the sales
- Work closely with the rest of sales team to achieve company monthly and annual target and objectives
- Work closely and assist superiors to appoint, increase and define promotional activities for the distribution network.
- Any other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the Supervisor/Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least a O Level or Diploma
- Preferably at least 1 year sales experience in construction material
- Proactive in approaching new customers
- Not afraid of making cold calls/opening doors
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Be a Hunter to identify potential customers and new product opportunities in construction material
- Timely update of site progress and provide material forecast effectively
- Proven team player adapting to an existing group
- Flexible approach to managing and prioritizing in a high workload and multitasking in a fast environment with tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (liaise with China stakeholders)
- Working location: Tuas
- Own transport preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
