**Duties**:
- Serves in the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) as the primary representative for Financial Readiness to improve the financial literacy and preparedness of members of the Army.
- Manages the requirements of the financial literacy training and readiness program for Service members.
- Develops, supports, reviews, and monitors financial literacy and preparedness training and readiness in the Army at specific career and life events of Service members.
- Prepares and submits Army results of the annual financial literacy and preparedness report for submission to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House
- Oversees, monitors, and analyzes Army resource execution.

- **Specialized Experience**: One year of specialized experience which includes**: (1)** Monitor financial counseling services provided to members of an organization; **(2)** Manage the requirements for a financial education program to ensure training consistency;** (3)** Develop education materials for a financial training program in accordance with regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13)

**Education**:
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
