**People and Culture Executive**

**Responsibilities:
**1. Talent Acquisition and Management**:

Work closely with management to regularly review and update HR policies and strategies, ensuring they reflect current market trends and organisational priorities.

**3. Employee Well-being**:
Oversee all initiatives related to employee well-being and the development of company culture.

**4. HR Administration**:
Handle all HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects concerning employee well-being.
- Possesses a genuine passion for HR and a sincere care for people, recognising them as the company's most valuable assets.
- Proactive, self-driven, and a natural self-starter, capable of taking initiative without explicit instructions.
- Meticulous, organised, and observant, embodying the essential qualities of an HR professional.
- Values teamwork and seeks a no-nonsense, politics-free team environment.
- Aims for personal and professional growth within an organisation.

**Other requirements**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance, particularly in Singapore.
- Experience in talent acquisition, retention, career development strategies, and employer branding is highly desirable.
- Experience in designing compensation and benefit plans, especially in resource-constrained settings, is a plus.
- Familiarity with global resourcing strategies and managing a remote workforce.
- A strong commitment to creating an inclusive culture and promoting diversity in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
