Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior Executive - Store Design, Travel Retail APAC based in Singapore.

**The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:
**Store Design Roll-out**
- Prepare zoning plans for internal discussion with key stakeholders
- Generate design proposals for all TR counters, proposal includes detailed floorplan, elevation(s), 3D visualisations
- Establish standard design details and provide support on material specifications as mandated by Global A&M to shop fitters.
- Review and approve technical drawings from shop fitters.
- Follow-up with shop fitters on the development & construction of projects, paying close attention to design, timing (delivery) and quality.
- Coordinate with VM team to order display items needed for store opening
- Ensure each installation is compliant with retailer/mall design and construction guidelines.
- Develop snag list for each installation to ensure design compliance and resolve sub-standard construction.
- Upkeep existing project trackers to establish clear communication of project milestones to stakeholders.

**New Design Development**
- Collaborate with TRVM to develop locally led design initiatives based on TR APAC-specific business needs.
- Explore use of new material, technologies and/or finishing
- Prepare design proposals for discussion within internal TR team and Global/Regional team
- Innovate on design process and presentation to speed up stakeholder alignments with a high degree of precision.

**Special Trade Projects**
- Conceptualize and/or project manage external agency on the design of large scale trade projects.
- Work closely with Marketing and Commercial team to ensure all business needs are met.
- Review and approve technical drawings from appointed shopfitter.
- Follow-up with shopfitters on the development & construction of projects, paying close attention to design, timing (delivery) and quality.

Other responsibilities may be added to the above for the Senior Executive - Store Design, Travel Retail APAC position depending on potential for growth, and work capacity.

**You Have**:

- Min. Diploma/Degree specializing in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design, or relevant background.
- 3+ years of experience in store design, preferrably with experience in the Travel Retail industry.
- Software knowledge in SketchUp, LayOut, and the Adobe CS Suite are crucial.
- Knowledge in Vectorworks and CAD software are good to have.
- Confidence to do sketches for quickily communicating your designs is a must have.
- Fluent in English, being able to communicate well in Mandarin is a plus.
- Display a high degree of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, challenging the status quo, curious, seeking perfection.
- Good time management, able to prioritise work, ability to balance ad-hoc demands and ongoing commitments.
