**Job Description:

- Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals of spare parts.
- Monitor and report when stock is low.
- Receives and unpacks materials and spare parts.
- Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
- Issuing and receiving spare parts and accessories to and from technicians and contractors through SAP
- Issuing spare parts and accessories to Customer Service through SAP
- Checking and storing spare parts and accessories to correct locations
- Perform cyclic counts and routine stock checks
- Assisting with input onto the inventory SAP computer and occasionally placing purchase orders on the instruction of the Manager or in his/her absence.
- Maintaining the outside area of the inventory in a safe clean and tidy condition
- Liaising with DHL on shipment of parts.
- Packing of defective parts/products to return to factories
- Assist technical team when needs arises
- Raising and monitoring goods exchange
- Any other duties assigned by Superior
