**JOB SUMMARY**:
Manage the process dedicated to effective and efficient capacity & production planning and management of Crocs factories. The primary objective of the Planner is to manage the planning process to proactively enable Crocs to deliver on-time and drive excellent customer service while driving to the shortest customer lead time.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor progress of capacity commitment, PO committed throughout to shipment, identify root causes for late deliveries and follow up for corrective and recovery plans, communicate to regions.
- Engage NPI development, commercialization schedule and ramping up plan to target supply by cooperated with calendar of going to market and play book timeline.
- Work closely with factory for tooling calculation and make proper tooling investment or transfer proposal for Sr. Planner/Managers for capacity preparation.
- Work with factory for material and finish shoes lead time and preparing the material prebuy inquiry base on the forecast demand & buy play book timeline.
- Lead weekly factory meetings with factory planning together with Crocs product execution team and quality team.
- Coordinate with Factory Planning, Crocs execution team, quality team and logistic team to insight for the risk for supply late or solution.
- Work closely with factory to secure high achieve rate for P1 upside and pull in request, validate exposure for Po cancellation.
- Great sense of analysis ability to manage and validate the progress of factory reporting accuracy.
- Participated into the new project/system building and rolling out meeting and share the risk and opportunity in advance. Monitor rolling out process to be smooth by coordinating the solution.
- Supporting for KPI of buy confirmation and On time shipping achieving.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- University graduate (preferable with major in logistics & supply chain management or operations management).
- At least 3 years experience on planning or logistic, warehousing or PMC.
- Experience in shoe industry will be a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin (must).
- Self-motivated, sense of urgency, able to work independently and good collaboration.
- Good analytical mind and meticulous with details and data.
- Good PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, data base management(plus).
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great learnability for the new system & project implementation.
- Master SAP/Infor Nexus system, enable to design/schedule basic reports in Infor Nexus.
