Responsibilities
Lead all operational activities across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
Oversee profit and loss performance, implementing initiatives to optimize cost structures, drive efficiency, and enhance profitability.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 300 across multiple sites, building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Champion process excellence by introducing automation, data-driven practices, and lean methodologies to streamline workflows.
Ensure operational readiness and compliance with all corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering consistent service quality and customized logistics solutions.
Partner closely with commercial teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities while safeguarding operational capacity.
Oversee cold chain operations where applicable, ensuring integrity, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.
What It Takes
Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding, with direct responsibility for large teams and multi-site operations.
Strong track record in managing full profit and loss accountability.
Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and operational transformation initiatives.
Exposure to cold chain operations preferred.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced, complex environments.
Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
