As a **QA Lead **, you will play a crucial role in leading the QA process, ensuring that every project we deliver meets the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with software and project teams, providing insightful feedback and adopting new tools and technologies to enhance our work quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the QA process, providing guidance and mentorship to the QA team.
- Review and analyze system specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Execute test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze results to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the software team to develop effective testing strategies, ensuring a smooth process throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Document and log testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and errors to the development team.
- Provide clear, tactful, and insightful feedback to the software team, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Advise teams on potential software improvements, contributing to better design and development.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, demonstrating how to enhance software performance.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Stay current with new technologies and testing tools to continuously improve QA processes.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant QA experience.
- Diploma or higher education qualification in a relevant field.
- Specialized accreditations in QA or Software Testing preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development process and ability to quickly grasp business and customer expectations.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and consultancy skills to effectively relay issues and insights to the software team.
- Solid presentation skills to demonstrate how the software can be improved.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and pressure.
