
Outlet Assistant Manager

Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and for managing employees; guide employees to find new ways to generate revenue and enhance the customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations
- Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
- Respond to customer complaints with tact and professionally to manage customers’ expectations.
- Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Taking instructions from Headquarters and execute policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Lead team to implement change
- Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations
- Train new and current employees on any SOPs and best customer service practices
- Provide leadership and team building for staff
- Create and maintain the staff schedule and track tardiness and absenteeism
- Provide regular feedback to staff to improve productivity and efficiency
- Interview potential new hires when necessary
- Handle dispute and disciplinary matters at store level
- Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team
- Conduct staff performance assessment process

**Qualifications**:
- Basic Food Hygiene Course
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- Min. 3 years serving experience and min. 1 year managerial experience in related field is required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $3,200.00 per month
