Outlet Supervisor in all phases of operation - assumes total responsibility when Outlet Manager is not present, oversees activity of servers and crews to ensure maximum service to guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility to assist the Outlet Manager/Service Manager/GM and take charge of the shift in his/her absence
- Check manpower for each shift, paying particular attention to slow periods and peak periods
- Provide training to service crew
- Lead the service crew to ensure they perform their job tasks well
- Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit (or team cohesiveness)
- Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Keep record of staff attendance, absence, PH, annual leave, etc.
- Follow up on issues not done and ensure proper channeling of these jobs
- Be responsible for prevention of high breakages and maintain record on operations inventory
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally. Inform Outlet Manager/Service Manager/GM on the nature of complaints
- Manage and supervise all service of food and beverages in the outlet
- Ensure that the brand values and standards are delivered and profitability achieved
- Deliver superior guest services and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Kitchen Chef to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety of the operation
- Take responsibility to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Outlet Manager/Service Manager/GM
- Report to Outlet Manager/Service Manager/GM if there are any challenges, staff shortage, accidents, lost and found items, guests complaints, etc.
- Perform any other duties/tasks as and when required by the Outlet Manager/Service Manager/GM

**Qualifications**:
- Basic Food Hygiene Course
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field is required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $3,000.00 per month
