Nestled amidst the Forest Terrace is new signature restaurant Mosella, which will introduce a sharing concept of Mediterranean cuisine with a refreshing Peruvian twist. The Beach Terrace will bring a resort-like experience to the heart of the city, and above, the Garden Terrace will be home to Florette, the Champagne & Oysters specialty bar. At the highest levels of the Cloud Terrace, level 18 will house Orchard’s highest pillarless ballroom, Claymore Ballroom.

The Role

The **Assistant Security Manager **assist the Security Manager to ensure safety and security of Guests and Associates in the hotel and to protect the facilities and assets in the hotel.

**Our Expectations**:

- Deputises the Security Manager in his absence and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Security department.
- Ensures all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard.
- Logs security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
- Assist to develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance by all stakeholders
- Conducts investigation into security and safety breaches. Recommend areas for improvements where appropriate.
- Assist to manage the outsourced security services partner and ensure compliance to contractual obligations and performance indicators.
- Be the point of contact with all government officials, ministries in relation to law enforcement, security and safety.
- Provides security training and awareness for the Hotel. Guide and coach both in-house and outsourced team on provision of professional security services.
- Together with the Security Manager and the appointed Fire Safety manager, conduct both table top and simulation exercises both in-house and in conjunction with the authotities to test operational readiness of the security team and all Associates.

Talent Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated Assistant Security Manager with excellent communication skills. A seasoned leader who is vigilant, able to think on his feet and has good judgement in dealing with complex situations.
