- Developing and executing sales and promotions strategies that drive conversion and increase revenue.
- Understanding the shopper journey to optimize promotions and campaigns at every stage of the buying process.
- Creating and implementing personalized content that resonates with our target audience.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform campaign development and execution.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG / retailer industry
- Proven experience in sales and promotions, with a track record of driving conversion and increasing revenue
- Strong understanding of the shopper journey and ability to assist in the creation of personalized content that resonates with the target audience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical skills to analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
