Role OverviewAs a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our products in-store — engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent product visibility. You will work closely with store teams and merchandisers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and explain product benefits to customers at assigned outlets.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are always stocked.
- Track and report customer feedback, sales, and market trends.
- Work closely with merchandisers and store supervisors to execute promotions.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or promoter experience (FMCG/healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic salary + attractive sales incentives.

- CPF & Annual Leave
- Hourly Rate: SGD $10/hour + Sales Commission
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Weekend Shifts: Rotational schedule (2 weekends per month required)
