Merchandising and Sales Promotions Specialist

This role plays a vital part in maintaining outstanding product presence, execution, and in-store support across assigned outlets. Key responsibilities include ensuring all product displays, shelves, and promotional materials are well-stocked, neat, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a sales promoter to promote and sell products to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and gather valuable market insights, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Manage and assign promoters to various outlets based on store needs and campaign priorities, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with outlet team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth implementation of in-store promotions and events, achieving maximum impact.
  • Monitor sales performance at assigned outlets and provide constructive feedback for improvement, driving continuous growth and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or promoter coordination, preferably within the FMCG or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with promoters and outlet supervisors, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and exceeding expectations.

This is a hybrid role that requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and travel across assigned outlets, presenting opportunities for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the FMCG or healthcare industry, with a solid background in merchandising and sales promotion, as well as being self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
