**Responsibilities (Talent Branding - 80%)**:
- Assist in planning and execution of talent branding initiatives and campaigns
- Manage social media content creation, create engaging captions, track engagement and metrics.
- Assist in efforts to boost social media followers
- Work closely with our design team for content marketing assets creation. Contribute ideas on areas of improvement for talent branding efforts
- Analyzing talent branding data points for continuous improvement and reporting purpose
**Responsibilities (Interview Coordination
- 20%)**:
- Effectively manage interview scheduling requests coming from the TA team
Coordinate diaries of all parties involved in the interviewing process
- **Skills expected**:
- Fluency in English
- Strong content writing skills, nimble with words and able to convey coherent thoughts to paper
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a high volume of work and tight deadlines
- Very good communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Flexibility and customer-focused approach
- Good written and verbal skills (sound grammar and attention to detail in written communication)
- Ability to think laterally / solve problems
- Good working knowledge of Google suite
