The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore’s central bank and integrated financial regulator.

- Serve as a Deputy to Team Lead for day-to-day operations but focusing on Security technology and system.
- Perform contract management of security contracts, including outsourced security officers, security system maintenance. Ensure high-quality vendor performance in line with key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate as required in vendor periodic review.
- Collaborate with both internal (ITD, RiMD, etc ) and external stakeholders (MHA, Govtech, etc) to meet the requirements imposed for physical and technical security systems.
- Support the implementation of physical security programs and drive for continuous improvement.
- Involve in new project with stakeholders on security related requirements.
- Conduct Risk Assessment for systems and operations in MAS with various stakeholders.
- Involve in the Emergency Response Planning and Crisis Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 5 years’ experience in the Security industry, with at least 2 years of Supervisory/Managerial and Project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
- Associate Protection Professional (APP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.
