As a newly established company focused on importing small commodities, you need to hire a Market Development Director to drive business expansion and distribute products to small and medium-sized stores in Singapore. This Market Development Director should possess the following abilities:
**Market Analysis and Strategic Planning**:Capable of conducting in-depth market research and analysis to understand the demands and competition in the Singaporean market. They should formulate suitable market development strategies and sales tactics for the company.

**Sales and Business Development**:Possess extensive sales and business development experience, able to explore new clients, maintain existing ones, and establish strong partnerships with small and medium-sized stores to foster sales growth.

**Channel Establishment and Management**:Able to establish diverse sales channels, including online platforms and offline distribution networks, ensuring broad coverage of products in the target market.

Marketing: Proficient in marketing knowledge, capable of devising and executing effective marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand visibility and attract potential customers.

**Team Leadership and Management**:Experienced in team leadership and management, capable of leading the sales team to collaborate efficiently and achieve common sales objectives.

**Cross-Cultural Communication Skills**:Given the company's multinational operations, excellent cross-cultural communication skills are essential for effective communication with partners from different backgrounds.

Business Compliance: Familiar with relevant trade regulations and import requirements to ensure the company's operations comply with local laws and regulations.

**Data Analysis and Decision-making Abilities**:Able to make wise decisions based on data, timely adjust market strategies, and improve business operational efficiency.

**Innovative Thinking**:Possess an innovative spirit, constantly seeking new sales and marketing methods to maintain the company's competitiveness.

**Requirements**:
GCE A Level or higher in any academic qualification; at least 5 years of experience in small commodity sales and channel management; applicants with experience in small commodity wholesale or business operations are also welcome to apply.
