About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to contribute to our growth by building strong client relationships and promoting our suite of leadership education programs. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a flexible, independent work environment and are enthusiastic about personal development and helping others grow.
This is a remote, independent contractor position. Earnings are based on performance, and successful candidates typically have a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, or related client-facing roles.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals and professionals interested in leadership and personal growth programs
- Guide prospects through a structured consultative process
- Use various online platforms to promote offerings and generate interest (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., training provided)
- Manage your own daily workflow and goals with support from a global team
- Participate in ongoing personal and professional development
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client success roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with digital marketing or social platforms is a plus (not required)
- Full control over your schedule – work remotely from anywhere
