**Application Support (Collaboration and Mid-range Applications)**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Application Support (Collaboration and Mid-range Applications)**

Position can be based either in Singapore (Mediapolis) or Malaysia (Subang)

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:

- Work with Regional IT teams, and vendors to maintain and Support Mid-range and collaboration and communications systems - i.e. Sharepoint, PowerApp, RPA, Workflow automation, etc. to ensure good quality of service.
- Work with various groups of users, vendors, Country ITs, Regional & Global IT teams in different countries to plan and implement Mid-range and collaboration systems as per expectation. Manage and/or coordinate local IT, and vendors to deliver project deliveries in expected good quality, within budget and within timeline.
- Translate business requirements, questions, problems related to innovative and effective IT solutions related to Mid-range and Collaboration systems.
- Work with Vendors, Contractors, users and IT teams to develop and implement standard processes, guidelines, procedures related to Mid-range and Collaboration operations, as well as to ensure compliance to internal and external controls.
- Participate and/or manage Mid-range and Collaboration systems setup, maintenance, implementation, upgrade, testing, go-live, support and resolution.
- Manage, coordinate and control Mid-range and Collaboration project related documents under responsibility - i.e. Business requirement, Request for Proposal, Technical documents, Training document, Testing scripts, project plan & schedule, etc.—to ensure quality and consistency.
- Immediate Supervisor (Name / Position): Team lead Share point and collaboration

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Prerequisite Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Academic / Professional Qualification: B.Sc. in computer or related fields.
- Expertise / Skills / Language: Good in English and communication, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from different groups of users in different countries, Strong analytical and planning ability and able to manage and prioritize issues.
- Personal Attributes: Good teamwork and networking, can do attitude, Hard-working and willing to work extended hours. Can manage team with different culture.
