Seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our organization in the role of Application Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our applications. They will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven analytical abilities with solid experience in production support settings.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and programming languages such as Dotnet or Java.
  • Incident, problem, and service outage management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills.
  • Familiarity with data platforms like Teradata or Hadoop.
  • Knowledge of job scheduling tools.
