This newly created position will oversee the country’s strategic projects and continuous improvement roadmap. We are looking for a hands-on Director, Implementations to be the project lead as part of the country leadership team. Leading a team, you will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, answering all technical questions arising pre
- and post-sale, assessing customer needs and resolving their technical questions.

The Challenges

Strategic planning, forecasting and process improvements to provide positive client outcomes and hit internal KPIs.

Build Statements of Work (SOWs), integrate project plans with operations or the business development team, drive the plan to completion, and evaluate success throughout

Manage and coach team members on all aspects of integration projects, including coordinating with external customers and leading the project management best practices

Lead, manage and motivate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are aligned to project requirements/scopes, schedules and costs.

Build and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the project.

Develops and maintains project documentation which includes creating project business case, project schedules and issue lists, establishing roles & responsibilities and key tasks/milestones.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues arising in the project and timely escalations throughout the project life cycle.

Lead the team and manage customer satisfaction within the project period. Ensure a seamless handover of successfully implemented projects to the operations team.

What It Takes

 More than 10 years of work experience in logistics project implementation, operations analysis, planning and engineering and/or related consulting work ideally in the logistics, transportation or supply chain industry.

Proven ability to understand and analyse problems and find solutions with a strong continuous improvement mindset in managing projects.

Proficient in Excel, Tableau and other analytics software used in preparing and presenting data.

Effective stakeholder engagement, including but not limited to the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings.
