About the team
The eCommerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for designing system solutions, including but not limited to supply chain planning, warehousing, domestic and cross border transportations by closely working together with the core product team.
2. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries, develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support the domestic and cross border e-commerce business.
3. Master comprehensive coordination and collaboration skills to configurate resources distributed in local cross-functional departments in terms of designing, launching and promoting the E-commerce fulfillment system.
4. Sustainably drive product upgrades in an innovative manner while optimizing the system capability of the global e-commerce logistics network.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of system product planning and functional design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry.
2. Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross-border logistics and other related industries.
3. With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
4. Proficient to be innovative and systematic while solving complex problems in a demanding working environment.
