**Role Overview**:
**As a Product Manager - eCommerce Fulfillment & Deliveries, you'll spearhead the strategy and execution of uParcel’s warehouse fulfillment and delivery products. You'll bridge customer needs and operations, leverage platform integrations, and drive seamless, high-efficiency fulfillment and delivery solutions tailored to e-commerce clients.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Strategy & Roadmapping**:
**Define and maintain product roadmap for warehouse fulfillment and last-mile delivery services, including same-day, scheduled, and express options.**:
**Lead discovery on real-time tracking, API features, and platform integrations, such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and WooCommerce**:
**2. Customer-Centric Product Design**:
**Work with e-commerce merchants to understand pain points—from order management and inventory to delivery scheduling—and translate insights into feature enhancements.**:
**Define and refine APIs that enable seamless order flow from merchants’ stores into uParcel’s IMS (Inventory Management System)**:
**3. Cross-functional Collaboration**:
**Collaborate with engineering on delivery algorithms, routing optimization (real-time pickup and clustering), and tracking interfaces**:
**Partner with operations and warehouse teams to evolve storage, packing, and fulfillment, including cold-chain and temperature-controlled workflows**:
**4. Data-Driven Performance Monitoring**:
**Define success metrics: fulfillment speed, delivery reliability, tracking accuracy, integration uptime, and customer satisfaction.**:
**Analyze performance and iterate to improve operational efficiency, reduce fulfillment time, or scale capacity.**:
**5. Market & Competitive Insights**:
**Stay current on logistics and e-commerce trends in Singapore and APAC, particularly same-day delivery innovations and emerging platform integrations.**:
