Responsible for the overall service delivery in relation to people such as recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, retention, learning and development
- Handle end to end recruitment process for SG and CN Regions and ensures a good pool of manpower is available
- Act as management advisor and provides necessary data as a reference for management informed decision making. Regularly advise managers and department heads on the organizational policies, initiate reviews, recommend and manage changes
- Review, redesign, develop / recommend policies and guidelines in alignment with Global Business Structure and ensure alignment with all employees by providing regular review and reorientation of the same
- Develop program for employee welfare, safety, health and wellness
- Maintains, plans and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic survey/benchmarking, job evaluations. Monitor and recommend pay structure plan
- Provide current and prospective employees with information relevant to policies, job duties, work conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits through a well designed orientation program and regular business review sessions
