**THE JOB**:
**The Key roles and responsibilities of the internship in Human Resource Department include the following**:

- **Assist in the end to end recruitment process and onboarding**:

- **Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files**:

- **Assist in preparation in Payroll**:

- **Assist in grant consolidate documents**:

- **Support and make recommendation to Hr processes and practices**:

- **Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global Hr Team and the leadership team**

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Must be in HR Related or Project Management course or equivalent
- Strong in project management and communication skill
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme
