**About the Team**:
TikTok's Content Vertical team sits within our TikTok Operations teams whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities, and build a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Serving the SG market, this role serves to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are.

The Content Vertical team is focused on delivering key strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem, while ensuring the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars. In this role, you will be someone who enjoys working with creators and someone who enjoys managing identified key initiatives or programs that are globally/locally relevant. At its core, this is a project management role that requires great interpersonal skills, strong coordination, and an ability to take pride in the outcomes of collective contribution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate creating, planning, and executing Sports & Gaming creators facing initiatives, programs, and events, including identifying new localised opportunities to increase engagement for all creators related activities and partnerships;
- Responsible for local campaign setup, execution, reporting and optimization to drive performance indicators in alignment with Content Vertical team objectives;
- Perform deep-dive analysis on creators' content performance, review data and effectively implement strategy while identifying areas of success and needed improvement;
- Build rapport, communicate, monitor, and acknowledge community efforts & build trust through transparency with our Sports & Gaming creators;
- Identify, recruit, onboard high potential creators, and manage day to day relationships with portfolio of Sports & Gaming creators;
- Collaborate with regional cross functional teams to optimize campaign integration, agency relationships, and performance frameworks, ensuring alignment of activation plans with overall media and brand strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of work experience in sports/gaming brands, sports/gaming teams/leagues, or sports/gaming-focused agency;
- Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and, in particular, the gaming and sports space;
- Possess strong collaboration skills and you're able to work in a dynamic, exciting environment;
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) and interpersonal skills;
- Highly intellectually curious, has the courage to challenge the status quo, and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
- Data analytics and reporting experience preferred.
