About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives
- Ability to achieve the renewal growth targets set for the Broking Channel and other key performance indicators as prescribed by the company;
- To establish and maintain a strong business relationship with assigned intermediaries to service and grow existing accounts for corporate insurance;
- Pro-actively sets appointments and personally meets with the assigned intermediaries with regular meetings and engagement activities;
- Have the discipline to provide timely and accurate renewal status information and renewal growth data for the purposes of management reporting and sales forecasting is a must;
- Provide timely renewal terms or sales proposal for new lines of cover on their existing accounts in accordance to the guidelines on business acceptance, risk management and underwriting profitability;
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of renewal employee data, including placement documentation for billing, and liaising with internal operation team to resolve servicing and operational matters;
- Follow up on outstanding policy premium collection promptly to ensure compliance to internal credit control;
- Ability to pitch and deliver corporate sales presentations jointly with intermediaries, as well as able to support and jointly conduct Employee Communication Sessions to the members of existing corporate customers
- Participate in scheduled sales training and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills and meet the mandatory CPD hours requirement to ensure Fit & Proper;
- Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products/services enhancements and market analysis;
- This position will be based at the AIA Tower in Robinson Road
**Requirements**:
- Education - Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience - minimum 2 years related industry experience
- Certifications/licenses - HI, M5 and M9
- Special skills deemed necessary for relationship management
