**Main responsibilities** (including but not limited to)
- People Operations (Global Center of Excellence)_
- Lead internal payroll processes (i.e. verify attendance, work hours and leave records) and support Finance with monthly payroll reporting
- Process official letters and documents for all employees (including ex-employees)
- Manage and prepare personnel files for all employees
- Manage end-to-end workflow across internal HRISes, and be responsible for the data integrity and accuracy of our employees
- Assist in our HRIS migration and integration
- Be a reliable point of contact for HR issues such as compensation and benefits administration, general policy queries and other employment-related issues for all employees
- Assist with performance appraisal documentation preparation
- Assist with all employees’ claims and insurance matters
- Assist with the administration of Qapita, Salary Board, and other new tools (i.e. scheduling, time attendance) that are implemented
- Assist with the onboarding process of all new hires onto functional tools utilised by #TeamLB (e.g. EngageRocket, PraisePal)
- Keep abreast of any relevant legislation changes to Singapore, and ensure implementation within the team is carried out
- Support country teams in the standardisation of SOPs

People Experience
- Frequently review our Total Wellness offering to ensure that it’s fit-for-purpose
- Spearhead and execute all initiatives that will improve employee engagement and bolster morale such as wellness programmes
- Derive meaningful insights from various feedback channels and translate the insights gained to recommend and roll out corrective or improvement actions with managers
- Craft a first-class employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, spanning from onboarding till offboarding
- Spearhead and execute initiatives that will improve employee engagement via wellness programmes and corporate partnerships
- Adept at executing physical/hybrid/virtual events to engage our employees
- Office Management (Singapore)_
- Assist with Singapore’s office management activities such as liaising with building management to ensure safety and compliance
- Manage relationships with facilities service contractors
- Manage external facility vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience with a good grasp of HR operations and past payroll processing experience
- Proven team player
- Good understanding of Employment Act and other relevant employee government legislations as applicable to the workplace
- Experience in recruitment coordination, project coordination, or other document management or administrative experience in a fast paced, customer-centric environment
- Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them
- Has an insatiable desire to provide best-in-class employee experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of our internal stakeholders
