**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the HR Lead for building the employer brand, finding and nurturing new talent pools, finding and hiring talent in Singapore and globally, managing different types of hiring like freelancer/contractors/EOR, etc
- Involved in managing payroll, compliance, annual policy review and revision, onboarding and offboarding, HRMS and employee data/documents; facilitating performance reviews and other day to day HR ops.
- Responsible for executing the annual engagement calendar and organizing team meet-ups, town halls, all hands, staff retreats, leadership retreats, industry event participation and the like.
- Support the HR Lead to keep a regular check on the pulse of the globally dispersed teams.
- Support the HR Lead in executing various talent management initiatives and special HR projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
- 3 5 years relevant experience
- Prior experience of handling HR Operations and internal hiring for tech roles,
- Good working knowledge of HRMS, remote talent platforms/marketplaces, Singapore labour laws and related compliance.
- Prior experience organizing team events, offsites, managing employee logistics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knack for tech savvy work tools and systems.
- Creative bent of mind and ability to research, learn and execute.
- Good presentation skills
