**What the day will look like**

The Operations Analyst (“OA”) role will support the Asia Chief Operating Officer ("COO") and leadership team to undertake research, analysis and modelling, develop strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with leadership team, own and manage management information and reporting, build and maintain a database of key data and statistics relating to the team’s portfolio, inform solution options and develop presentations on a wide range of topics.
- Undertake detailed strategic analysis to develop plans in line with the Asia operations strategy.
- Undertake financial analysis on performance and trends, and develop financial models / business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Manage operations business planning and performance reporting.
- Provide analytic support to regional operations directors and country chief operating officers.
- Develop insights and content arising from research and analysis for use by management in strategic decision making and business planning.
- Develop a database data sets for use in analysis, plans and reports.
- Provide deep insights and advise to operations leadership team on basis of analysis undertaken.
- Work with operations leadership in the development of solutions in line with strategy.
- Work closely with and coordinate activities across PMO, operations and service delivery functions.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University degree in a business, economics or financial discipline.
- Three to five years’ experience in a role of a similar nature or completion of Management Associate / Graduate Program.
- Expert user of excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytically and modelling capabilities - strategic, tactical and financial data.
- Ability to use data to develop management insights that tell compelling stories
- Strong reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Collaborative, team player, organized, goal-oriented, committed and ability to solve business problems.
- Good organizational awareness.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high quality presentations.
- Results driven and take accountability for results.
- Good influencing skills.
