**Operations Analyst/Operations Manager**

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail oriented and results driven member to join as an Operations Analyst/Operations Manager depending on seniority. You will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer within the operations team to implement best in class operational policies and procedures. We are looking for a keen attention to detail, a data integrity mindset, and be someone who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself.

**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Provide back office support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Run daily T+0 and T+1 reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties.
- Involved in projects to enhance workflows and streamline systems/processes.
- Assist in ad hoc requests including but not limited to trade bookings, attribution data, corporate actions, P&L, currency exposure and the like for internal and external parties
- Products supported include Equities (Cash/Swap), FX/NDF, Futures/Options, OTC Derivatives
- Work with Fund Administrators/Prime Brokers/Execution Brokers to understand and resolve breaks in an efficient manner
- Perform monthly NAV recs and attribution analysis

**Experience, Requirements and Skills**
- Strong knowledge in investment products; equities, FX/NDFs, Futures/Options, OTC equities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Portfolio Management and Order Management Systems
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience either in Fund accounting or buy-side Middle/Back office operations
- Experience working in a lean and high performing team. Task oriented, ability to deliver with tight deadlines.
- Proficient Excel knowledge
- Programing Skills (VBA, Python, etc) a bonus
