**Co**mpany’s**Finance **Paralegal Job Description** **and Duties**

1. Perform support functions in the daily operations of a Company by reviewing, gathering, organizing and processing information relevant to case files.

2. Organize and track files for important transactions or case documents, voluminous discovery documents; creating and maintaining a case-management database

3. Investigate the factual evidence of a transaction or case and prepare exhibits, charts and diagrams to display information

4. Assist with case planning, development, and management, legal research, gathers facts and retrieves information, drafts and analyzes legal documents and collects, complies and utilizes technical information, to make recommendations to Company’s Director.

5. Research and create documents, filings and records related to Contracts, Financial Reports and Shareholder information.

6. Financial records - such as stock ledgers, loan and bankruptcy filings, corporate minute books and investment agreements; Assisting with drafting merger and acquisition documents, and a variety of Contracts Agreements

7. Research and review patent information and licensing agreements.

8. Ensure that Financial and Capital transactions are carried out properly include preparing legal documents and case components - such as affidavits, pleadings, appeals, briefs.

9. Any other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
