**We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client's Global Structured Products (GSP) team. The team works closely with international and regional financial institutions across a wide range of transactions involving structured securities and derivatives linked to various asset classes such as equities, indices, funds, commodities, foreign exchange, and interest rates.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the documentation and closing of structured securities transactions.
- Manage your own portfolio of deals from start to finish, working directly with clients and internal team members.
- Maintain and update matter tracking records.
- Assist with billing coordination and respond to client billing/admin enquiries.
- Organize and maintain standard templates and legal know-how resources.
- Help prepare and update legal template documents.
- Ensure all work complies with internal policies and external regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A strong desire to learn and adapt in a specialized legal environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex information accurately.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet the needs of global banking clients in both Europe and Asia.
- A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English, along with solid numeracy and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize effectively and manage tight deadlines.
- Flexible and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Good judgment and strong problem-solving abilities.
