**Trademark Paralegal**

**Job Summary**:
The Trademark Paralegal is to assist the lawyers on a range of Intellectual Property matters within the practice group.
- Managing the billing processes;
- Preparing cost estimates;
- Monitoring and managing reminders and deadlines to ensure timely actions;
- Offering administrative support to lawyers and the firm.

**Job Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience in IP related work;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Possess a positive work attitude and able to work with a team;
- Ability to maintain tact and diplomacy, trust and confidentiality;
- Highly organized and accurate with a high level of attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet aggressive deadlines;
- Must be able to work independently.
