**Carpark Administration**
- Set up and maintain a proper filing system to keep track of season parking records.
- Educate the new tenants on the regulations for season parking.
- Provide support in the issuance and programming of tickets for normal sale or complimentary tickets to tenants.
- Prepare weekly & monthly season parking reports and submit to Finance Department within the scheduled time frame.
**Office Administration**
- Ensure pantry and stationery supplies for the Facilities Management Office are well-replenished.
- Provide regular updates for the emergency contacts to office and retail tenants.
- Consolidate the Notice of Lease.
- Schedule meetings for Fire Warden's briefing, small group discussion, etc.
- Answer incoming calls from external parties and handle internal dispatch.
Requirement:
- 1 to 2 years’ car park administration/operations experience
- GCE “O” level or equivalent
