Singapore MINGJUNG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

Looking for Construction Engineer (Fresh are welcome)

1. Work closely with the Project Director to oversee day-to-day site activities (Majoring in Construction Engineering, Civil)

2. Ensure all construction works progress according to project schedule, budget and quality standards

3. Review and verify material and equipment requisitions to meet project specifications

4. Manage all site correspondence and documentation with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors

(include prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.)

5. Supervise site operations, including monitoring subcontractor performance and workforce coordination

6. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and authorities through clear communication and collaboration

7. Lead site meetings with internal teams to address and resolve construction challenges

8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered on-site

9. Attend weekly internal progress meetings and provide updates to management

10. Develops the master schedule for the project using Excel or MS Project, AUTOCAD software

11.Carries out site inspections and internal audits to ensure work quality aligns with building codes and project targets.

12. Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines

13. Must be an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with the capability to motivate and lead a team

6 Working days, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

main working location at site office near Tampines fire Station

Next possible working location in future: Pasir Ris, Tampines, Paya Lebar.

(multiple working location for reporting or assisting per Boss requirement)

**Well Chinese (**read, write and speek)

**(The management is Taiwanese who are limited to other languare, and need Chinese skill for customers reporting and paper work as required by customers. Time consuming is need translate vehicles during meeting with customer or project presentation to customers)**:
