About Us:
At Dong Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd., we are a BCA-registered contractor delivering high-impact civil engineering solutions across Singapore. Our core competencies include reinforcement structures, drainage systems, carriageway construction, and reinstatement works. We’re currently expanding our project execution team and are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Engineer to join us on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth progress and adherence to design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely execution of works.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation including site diaries, progress reports, and QA/QC records.
- Conduct site measurements, material take-offs, and verify BQ quantities.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements.
- Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies for resolution.
- Provide technical input and support to resolve on-site construction issues efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction site supervision.
- Familiar with Singapore’s construction regulations, LTA/NEA/SCDF requirements, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and using MS Office & AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Possession of a valid CSOC/BCSS certification is an advantage.
