Job Description">

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the development and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design systems for various building types.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include understanding project requirements, developing MEP designs, calculating system layouts, preparing specifications, and guiding BIM modellers to create accurate models.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing shop drawings, monitoring installations, and ensuring compliance with performance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates with a degree in Sustainable Infrastructure are also welcome to apply.">
  • Experience: Must have project ACMV experience.">
  • Certifications: Safety certification, minimum Bizsafe Level 2. Training will be provided if not already certified.">

    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.">
    • Strong independence and leadership in a teamwork environment.">
    • Knowledge in BIM is an added advantage.">
    • Ability to move across various local sites.">
