**About Us**:
Dong Construction & Engineering Pte. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong **Site Engineer**to join our operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring daily site activities.
- Provide technical support to supervisors, foremen, and workers on project specifications and methods.
- Conduct site inspections, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare progress reports, method statements, and site documentation.
- Track material usage, delivery schedules, and equipment deployment.
- Enforce workplace safety and health standards in line with MOM/BCA regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant site engineering experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in site reporting and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication skills with ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
- Safety-conscious, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented.
