Key Responsibilities of a Site Engineer (Have to work in Construction Sites, 6 work days a week):

  1. Site Supervision: Site engineer is required to supervise the original layout and design of the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project specifications and standards.

  2. Project Management: Site engineer is required to manage the daily operations of construction projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  3. Health and Safety Compliance: Site engineer is required to conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Site engineer must indentify potential hazards and implement safety measures to protect workers.

  4. Technical Guidance: Site engineer is required to interpret and implement construction plans, providing technical guidance to workers and subcontractors, especially in sanitary, plumbing and drainage aspects.

  5. Liaison and Communication: Site engineer is required to liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, project managers, workers and other professionals to ensure that project requirements are met. Effective communication is essential for resolving issues and facilitating collaboration among team members.

  6. Quality Control: Site engineer is responsible for monitoring the quality of work and materials used on-site, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.

  7. Documentation and Reporting: Site engineer is required to maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and compliance with regulations. This documentation is crucial for project tracking and accountability. Site engineer needs to attend daily site meetings as required.
