You will manage and provide appropriate responses to feedback received by the Hospital in a timely manner. As a Hospital ambassador, you will converse confidently with a caring attitude to patients and their family members as well as members of the public who may be in a high emotional state. You will also provide support in all aspects of patient experience to promote and define Sengkang General Hospital as a service leader in the healthcare industry.
