The role of Quality Service Management Executive is pivotal in enhancing patient engagement, empowerment, and experience at our institution.
As a key member of the Quality Service team, you will play a crucial part in distilling meaningful quality service initiatives from customer encounters to improve patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Promptly resolving and closing service-related feedback, guided by established service performance indicators.
- Facilitating hospital-wide initiatives and projects to elevate service excellence and foster a culture of service.
- Conducting surveys, organizing programs, and planning focus group discussions to gauge patient feedback.
- Assisting in creating and populating data dashboards to track service satisfaction, feedback trends, and patterns.
Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a business-related discipline, along with at least 5 years of working experience in marketing communications or service quality, preferably from the healthcare industry.
