
Customer Service Officer

**About the role**:
- Provide general administrative support;
- Manage Communications Applications (Whatsapp / WeChat / Telegram Groups)
- Create and monitor groups and daily conversations between BD and Clients.
- Create and manage close to 2000 client groups.
- Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;
- Cross-checking of database against relevant records with the various Government regulatories;
- Support BD department and sending messages to clients accordingly.
- Reminding clients and sending invoices, following up on payments from clients via groups.
- In charge of all groups, middleman of all departments to clients.

- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles;
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the Chinese clients);
- Must be able to type in Chinese.
**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
