**Key Task & Responsibilities**
- Own the end-to-end execution of startup programs, ensuring seamless delivery and impact.
- Design and lead workshops, mentorship sessions, and pitch events that drive value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor program experiences to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative services that support startup success.
- Track program performance, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations.
- Strengthen the startup ecosystem through networking, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Provide clear, timely updates and insights to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
**Your Profile**
- At least 3 years experience.
- Native/ Business Fluent in English and Korean.
- Effective project management skills, handling multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Has worked on government-level projects and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with founders, investors, and stakeholders.
- Passionate about emerging technology trends, staying current and adaptable.
- Experience with start-up programs or entrepreneurship is a plus.
- Experience in the Web 2.0/Web 3.0/ Blockchain space is a plus
- We will be prioritizing individuals with an existing right to work in Singapore.
